I (Wei) am looking for someone to rent my room from 01.08.20 - 01.11.20. Possibility for extension.
The room: large spacious double room (furnished) with beautiful wooden flooring. The room faces east, so receives a lot of light in the morning. You can expect to wake up to birds calling and fall asleep to peace and quietness.
The flat: The flat is large, with lots of space and light - beautiful in summer and cosy in winter. You will be sharing the bathroom, living room, balcony, and kitchen with pantry with the lovely, the wonderful, Claire. There is a desk in the living room suitable for home office.
The location & transportation: The flat is approximately between 5 to 12 minutes from all public transport. Bus stops on Turmstraße are ~5 mins away, U9 Turmstraße or U9 Birkenstraße are ~8 minutes walk away, S42 Beusselstraße is ~12 minutes walk away. By bike, Berlin Hauptbahnhof is only ~10 minutes away and Krsuzberg is reachable in ~30 minutes.
The food shop: Arminiusmarkthalle, Rewe, Biocompany, Alnatura, Go Asia, Penny, Turkish Markets, etc all between 5 - 10 mins walk away.
The future flatmate: You will be sharing the flat with Claire. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. Her German is better than she gives herself credit for. Claire is kind, the good kind of quirky, can be motherly when you are in distraught, likes to make bread, knows when to give you space, open-minded, quite wise, is secretly really cute, and the list goes on.
