I'm renting out a quiet room ( 17 sq m) in Moabit. The room is fully furnished with a bed, closet, wardrobe, deck, chair, etc.
Die Wohnung liegt in Moabit mit guter Anbindung zur TU und in der Nähe des Tiergartens. Eine Busstation befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist Turmstraße (7 Minuten zu Fuß) und die nächste S-Bahn Station ist Beusselstraße (15 Minuten zu Fuß). Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung - Edeka, Rewe, Bio Company usw. Die Spree ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

The flat is located in Moabit close to the beautiful Tiergarten park and to Technical University. A bus station is directly in front of the door. The closest U-bahn station is Turmstraße (7 mins walk) and the closest S-Bahn station is Beusselstraße (15 mins walk). There are many local amenities, supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe, Bio Company), cafes and small shops in the area. The Spree river promenade is a few minutes minutes walking distance from here.
Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und studiere aktuell noch Stadt- und Regionalplanung an der TU Berlin. Ich würde mich über ein angenehmes Zusammenleben mit gemeinsamen Kochabenden/Kaltgetränken und interessanten Gesprächen freuen. Meine Hobbies umfassen Musik (Klavier), Sport treiben (Leichtathletik auf dem Platz und Fußball auf der Playstation), Sport anschauen (Fußball), Brettspielabende organisieren und das beste Eis Berlins in der Elberfelder Straße essen gehen. Durch zwei Studienaufenthalte in Rom kommt alles hinzu, was mit Italien zu tun hat.

I am a 27 years old student of urban planning at the nearby TU. I'm looking forward to an enjoyable cohabitation with evenings of cooking together or having some cold drinks and interesting conversations. My hobbies include playing my piano (musicians are welcome), doing sports (athletics on the field and football on the Playstation), watching sports (football), organising board game evenings and going out for the best ice cream in Berlin on Elberfelder Straße. After staying some semesters in Rome I am also enthusiastic about everything that has to do with Italy. ;)
