I am offering a 9Qm room in a flat with 118 sqm for a short term stay. I am a designer and have a young man (Baby). Harmony is key in this and open minded persons are most welcome preferably erasmus students. We eat together once in a while, Paint when the mood fits. The Kitchen is a live in Kitchen and there is no livingroom.
The Flat is 5 minutes away from U-Turmstrasse and U-Birkenstrasse. Hauptbahnof is 2 bus stops away. There is a shoppingmall just round the corner and health stores nearby.
I am looking for a short term stay, preferably students or interns. Clean, positive, Flatmates are always welcome. We offer a home away from home. Eat together when time allows or a tea or coffee/wine/bier. I am a designer so creativity is in abundance. Good homemade food is great.
