Ich suche eine Zwieschenmieterin,
weil Ich wegen Urlaub von 23.11 bis 07.12 nicht in Berlin bin .
Mein gemütliches, sauberes und wunderschönes Zimmer ist 15qm ,relativ hoch zum Innenhof Richtung.
Da gibt es einen Tisch, ein Sofa, ein Buchregal und Kleiderständer, und daoben ein angenehmes Hochbett.
Wir haben ein sauberes Badezimmer und auch sehr schöne Küche. Da besteht sich einen Kühlschrank, Herd, und eine Waschmaschine auch.
Die Lage ist super weil die Wohnung ganz nah von Zentrum aber sehr ruhige Lage steht.
5 min zu Fuß gibt es Bushaltstelle, da kommt Bus 101,106,123,245,N26,N27 und ganz nah von U-Turmstraße Zoologischer Garten und Hbf, usw.
Neben unserem Haus gibt es auch Kiosk,Rewe, Rosman, dm, fast alles kannst du 5min zu Fuß gehen.
Meine Mitbewohner ist sehr nette und freundliche Kollegen. Sie ist Studentin und lernt Film. Manchmal sehen wir zusammwn einen Film, ober zur Ausstellung gehen und genissen unsere Zeit.
