Hallo!
Ich vermiete mein Wohnheimzimmer ab sofort bis Ende September. Es ist sehr cozy und komplett möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Schrank. Außerdem hat es einen Balkon, mit einem schönen Blick, von wo aus man auch den Sonnenuntergang sehen kann :)
Das Zimmer ist im Wohnheim Siegmundshof, direkt beim Tiergarten und 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der TU. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle S Tiergarten ist um die Ecke und die U-Bahn Haltestelle Hansaplatz ist auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt einen Fußballplatz auf dem Gelände und die Spree ist auch direkt um die Ecke.
Es ist eine Flurgemeinschaft mit insgesamt 8 Personen mit denen die Küche und das Bad geteilt wird. Diese Räume werden unter der Woche auch jeden Tag von einer Putzfirma gereinigt. Das Wohnheim ist sehr groß und überall wohnen eigentlich Studenten.
