A beautiful, bright, spacious furnished room in the heart of Moabit is waiting for you.
The room is 24 square meters in a true Berliner Alt-bau with high decorated ceilings and the flat has a massive living room and a good sized kitchen.
The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chairs, bookshelves, rug and a great view of the park (Kleiner Tiergarten)
For the application, the landlord requires your ID and a working contract. The contract is starting from the 1st of July, but the moving date may be flexible (last week of June may be possible) and it will be until the end of March 2022, but it might be extendable.
U-Bahn(Turmstraße) and S-Bahn(Belleve) are both 10 minutes walking distance, as well as grocery stores and our local shopping mall. The very best we have to offer is access to the Spree and Tiergarten reachable very fast (Spree 5 mins, Tiergarten 10 mins). There are many lush green spaces nearby!
You’ll live with Claire and Dasha in a friendly international WG. Claire is a photographer and designer. While Dasha is an au-pair and English teacher. The shared life is pretty calm and easy-going and respect is very important for everyone.
We occasionally share time together (we love board games) or have dinner together, but we also have our own lives, no pressure.
We are looking for a friendly, clean and relaxed flatmate with whom we can share our great flat.
