Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (Bett, Lampe, Vorgang, Kommode, Stuhl). Für die weiße Ikea-Kommode und die noch neue Matratze (einen Monat alt) würden meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin einen Ablösepreis von 100€ nehmen.
Das Zimmer ist zum Hinterhof raus, dadurch recht ruhig und heizt sich nicht so auf im Sommer. Der Nachteil ist wenig Licht, aber dafür es gibt ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (voll möbliert) dass zur Straße hin ein Fenster hat und daher sehr hell ist.
Moabit ist ein noch wenig gentrifizierter Bezirk mit netten Cafés. Direkt in unserer Straße gibt es ein Yoga Studio.
Gute Anbindung: in 5 Minuten an der U9, in 15 Minuten Bellevue, in 10 Minuten an der Ringbahn.
Ich suche kurzfristig eine Mitbewohnerin, die Lust hat, 3 Monate mit mir zusammenzuwohnen. Ich bin berufstätig und momentan corona-bedingt ca. 50% im Home Office. Ich bin ein offener, fröhlicher Mensch, der an anderen Menschen interessiert ist. Daher fände ich es schön, wenn man sich ab und an die Zeit nimmt, um sich bei einem Wein, Kaffee oder Essen auszutauschen. Ansonsten finde ich es vollkommen in Ordnung wenn jeder so sein bzw. ihr Ding macht.
Ich bin recht ordentlich und finde es super, wenn wir einmal pro Woche putzen. :)
Und noch eine Info: ich bin schon geimpft und würde es natürlich begrüßen, wenn du auch schon geimpft bist.
