It's an unfurnished room (with only Kallax) The picture of room is from when previous flatmate who was staying there. Besides, kitchen is furnished with microwave, oven and dish washer. You can also visit the flat and check.
Unfortunately, the landlord doesn't allow pets at the property. Non-smokers preferred.
Landlord prefers someone who is working and has a stable income.
It's 10 mins walk from Turmstraße U-bahn station as well as Beusselstrasse S-bahn station. Nice and peaceful neighbourhood both during day and night. However, the main street for restaurants is just 2 mins walking from apartment.
I am 30 years old and working full time in the field of finance. I moved to Berlin almost 3.5 years ago to do masters and have been working since 2 years. My weekdays are usually busy and after work, I like to go for running or do skating or some exercise in evening. I have an active social life however, I prefer to have more chill weekends now. I cook almost every day and like to share food with the flatmate or even cook together, whenever there is a chance. It would be good to have some personal space but also not completely live as strangers.
My past WG EXPERIENCE:
I have lived in 6 different WGs before, with flatmates from Germany, France, Greece, Spain, Peru, Hungary, Iran, Taiwan, etc and used to living with many different kinds of people from sharing with 14 people to sharing apartment with just 1 person.
You must be flexible with things and basic cleanliness is expected. Someone who is working and can send complete documents ASAP, would be preferred.

Your personality? (extrovert/introvert) Moreover, do you smoke? Are you fine with smell of spices or meat or non-vegeterian food being stored in fridge?
Do you have to work from home or go to office? And do you already have the work contract?
And lastly, the contract will be from 1st March (its a long term contract and will probably be extendable). The rent will be 530€ (room) + 15€ (Internet) + 35€ electricity and room comes without furniture. (ARD ZDF radio tax is separate and to be shared)
