Das Zimmer ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, mit Smart-TV, Schreibtisch, Stühl, große Schrank + 3 kleine Regale. Das Bett, 140 cm x 200 cm ist mehr als genug auch für 2 Personen, mit bequemer Matratze. Die Fenster sind zum Süden gerichtet, also strahlt die Morgensonne rein.
Es gibt auch übrigens Raum für Home-Workouts im Zimmer.

I'm moving out and am looking for someone to replace me in my room, named Bertram 4, owned by Homefully. Please click on the link above to get an idea of the company and the room if you like.
The room is equipped with high quality furniture and appliances only. There's a Smart TV, a large cupboard with a mirror, a bed (140x200cm) big enough for two with a comfy mattress, a big writing desk and 3 shelves conveniently located for storage in the room. There's also plenty of space to work out or dance in the room, if that's your thing!
Moabit ist eine ruhige Nachbarschaft die trotzdem viele kulturelle Möglichkeiten hast. Die Hauptsache ist die ÖPNV Möglichkeiten -- 2 min. zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle Kruppstraße, 10 min. zu Fuß bzw. 3 min. mit dem Fahrrad zum Hbf.
Im Campus des Gebäudes sind auch eine Pizzeria, Cafe, Kebap-Laden und Postshop vorhanden. 100m von der Tür gibt's einen Supermarkt. Fritz-Schloß Park, Poststadion sind direkt gegenüber auf Lehrter Straße. McFit ist ~5 Min weit weg mit dem Fahrrad.
Wedding (5 min), Prenzlauer Berg, Mauerpark , Tiergarten, usw sind 10-15 min. mit ÖPNV erreichbar.

Moabit is a quiet neighbourhood, especially given it's amazing connectivity to the rest of the city. You just need to walk 2 mins to reach the nearest bus stop, Kruppstr., which will take you straight to the Central Station in 2 stops. You could also take a cycle to the station and reach in 5 mins. The central station, of course, is a quick couple stops with the S-Bahn or trams to every corner of the city within the ring!
In the compound of this building are a pizzeria, a lovely cafe, a Kebab shop and a postshop for your deliveries and small purchases. Across the street is a supermarket and a beautiful park. If you like to work out, there are places in the park for outdoor training as well as a McFit gym only 10 mins away with the cylce on Alt-Moabit.
Nearby areas like Wedding (5 mins away on the cycle), Prenzlauer Berg, Mauerpark, Tiergarten are worth checking out for restaurants, bars, picnic spots, running routes and places to just take in the Berlin culture.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohner sind Patrick (29M), Gunnar (19M) und Elisabeth (24F).
Patrick ist beim Bundeswehr angestellt, ist ganz sympathisch. Am Wochenende ist er immer mit seiner Freundin unterwegs. Er ist immer bereit ein Bier auf dem Balkon zu trinken und chillen.
Gunnar, Praktikant ist auch sehr freundlich. Der ist Fußballfan und lädt oft seine Freunde ein. An der WG sind Freunde immer willkommen!
Elisabeth macht ihre Traineeship hier in Berlin als Media-Manager. Sie ist total nett sozial und aufgeschlossen. Wenn sie im August einzieht, haben hat sie vor dass wir zusammen kochen und nach der Arbeit auf dem Balkon ein Glas Wein trinken werden :)

Your future roommates are Patrick, Gunnar and Elisabeth.
Patrick, 29, works in the German military. He's really helpful, clean, reliable and friendly. You'll often find him chilling on the balcony with his girlfriend. On the weekends, he likes to share a beer with his roomies and make them feel welcome!
Gunnar is our young Dutch roomie. He's only 19, but really clever and independent! Also super friendly, Gunnar loves watching football and hanging out with his friends. He will sometimes invite them over, which is very welcome in our WG. We're always ready to share a meal together or have some drinks in the balcony in the evenings.
Elisabeth, our newest roomie, will be moving in shortly too. She's a young business trainee from Munich, moving to Berlin for the first time. Our impression of her is that she's really social and outgoing. She's down to hang out and chat in the kitchen after work or cook together. We look forward to having her move in.
Man braucht wirklich nichts mehr als die Klamotten wenn man einzieht. Alles wird hier erledigt. Es gibt sogar eine ganz liebe Putzfrau die wöchentlich kommt! :)
Ich würde auf jeden Fall die WG empfehlen, vor allem weil die Firma Homefully (Vermieter) auch sehr flexibel mit dem Vertrag sind. Homefully war soweit sehr gut erreichbar, um z.B. Beschädigungen zu Berichten, Vertrag zu diskutieren usw.
Es gibt dazu auch einen riesigen Garten im Innenhof den wir mitbenutzen dürfen, der sehr ruhig und schön ist.

All you need to move in is a back pack! Everything is taken care of here by homefully. There's even a friendly cleaning lady who comes weekly, so no need to stress about cleaning too much either!
I recommend this room to anyone who wants to move to Berlin especially, since the contract with this company is so flexible. The contact-persons are also very easy to reach, respond quickly to queries regarding damages, contract, even switching rooms if desired.
There's also a peaceful, beautiful garden in the campus that only residents are allowed to use. It's huge, private, and has play areas for kids. Great to enjoy a summer evening with a few drinks.
