The bathroom is small, but has everything you need.
The flat is very well located to S Bahn Beusselstraße
Walking only:
-> S Bahn Beusselstraße : 5 Minutes
-> Supermarket (Rewe, Ringcenter): 6 Minutes
-> Späti & Kebap: 1 Minute
All tenants will move in the first time, so in case you have a friend you also can move in together.
The house mostly is inhabited by pensioners & the house rules are very strict due to noise (7pm quiet).
So it's best fit for people, who would like to concentrate on their semester or young professionals.
Partys are not allowed / possible due to the neighbors and house rules.
