Befristetes freies Zimmer mit Anmeldung: 90qm 2er-WG in Moabit/room for limited time in shared flat with Anmeldung

Hallo zusammen,

das Zimmer liegt in einer herrlich geschnittenen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Moabit, Hinterhof, mit Licht von oben und von Osten und Westen. Die Fenster gehen jeweils in Hinterhöfe raus, ist also sehr ruhig. Ist ein Erstbezug, und ich bin Hauptmieter. Die Wohnung ist relativ teuer, aber auch ein echtes Schmuckstück. Es gibt ein riesiges und lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer mit angebauter großer offener Küche und einem 8qm-Westbalkon. Die Wohnungsausstattung ist komplett neu (Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine) und möbliert. Auch in Deinem Zimmer sind grundlegende Möbel vorhanden (Schreibtisch, Bett, Schrank). Es wird frei, weil mein Mitbewohner mit seiner Freundin zusammenzieht. Das Zimmer hat zudem ein Türfenster zum östlichen Hinterhof. Direkt davor sind die Wipfel einer Buche.

Das Zimmer ist befristet, da ich Ende des Sommers mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehen möchte. Die genauen Daten sind noch nicht fix, aber es wäre wohl Ende September. Schreib mir gerne, ob Du früher oder später rausmöchtest.

Zu mir: Ich habe vor zwei Jahren meinen Master in New York und Berlin fertiggemacht und arbeite in der Energiebranche am Stromsystem der Zukunft. Da geht es um den Strommarkt, Strompreise, CO2-Steuern, gerechte Verteilung, etc. Ich bin meistens in Berlin, aber manchmal auch unterwegs (eine Woche im Monat).
In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne allen möglichen Sport, bin in einem Gedichteclub und koche gerne.

Ich habe mittlerweile in einigen WGs gelebt, während Corona auch mal in einer 2er-WG. Ich finde es wunderbar, wenn man gerne zusammen sitzt und über Gott und die Welt philosophiert, füreinander ein bisschen Verantwortung übernimmt, aber es auch entspannt vorkommt, dass man für eine Woche mal gar nicht quatscht, weil es sich einfach nicht ergibt.

Ich freue mich auf Deine Nachricht! Ganz besonders würde ich mich freuen, wenn Du kurz schreiben könntest, was Deine WG-Erfahrung ist und worüber Du Dich in einer 2er-WG am meisten freuen würdest, und natürlich auch, was Dir auf die Nerven gehen würde.

Hi everybody,

the room is located in a wonderfully cut 3-room apartment in Moabit, backyard, with light from above and from the east and west. The windows each go out into backyards, so the flat is very quiet. It is a first-time occupancy, and I am the main tenant. The apartment is relatively expensive, but also a real gem. The centrepiece is a large and sunny living room with an attached open kitchen and 8sqm balcony facing West. Everything in there is new (kitchen, bathroom, washing machine), and it has most of the furniture we need. Your room would be likely be completely empty and has a door window to the east backyard. You could take over/rent some furniture from my flatmate who is moving to move in with his girlfriend (bed, desk, wardrobe). Directly in front of your room are the tops of a beech tree.

The room is available until end of summer only, as I would then like to move in with my girlfriend. The precise dates aren´t fix, though. So please let me know whether you´d like to move out earlier or later.

About me: I finished my master's degree in New York and Berlin two years ago and now work on the power system of the futur. That entails a lot of thinking and number crunching about power prices, carbon taxes, energy security and so on. I'm in Berlin, most of the time and travelling appr. once a month for a few days.
In my free time I like to do all kinds of sports, am in a poetry club, and enjoy cooking.

In the last years I have lived in several shared flats, during Corona also once in a 2-person shared flat. I love to sit together and philosophize about God and the world, take some responsibility for each other, but also be relaxed about not chatting for a week because everybody is busy with their own life.

I am looking forward to your message! I would be especially happy if you could write briefly what your WG experience is and what you would be most happy about in a 2-person WG, and of course what would get on your nerves.
