The room has a South-West facing double window, a large (200 x 180) bed, a big desk for working, and a bookshelf, hanging wardrobe, shelves for clothes, and two bedside tables. In the morning, there is nice light without direct sun; in the evening, the sun sets behind the neighboring buildings. I have some plants that would enjoy watering every few days. There is also another table that can be set up in the room.
The flat is 5 minutes away from Bellevue station, which is connected to pretty much all main S-Bahn lines for the inner city. It is also close to the Spree and Tiergarten, and it is a beautiful 20 minute walk along the Spree to the Hauptbanhof, Reichstag, and Friedrichstraße area. The Penny supermarket is closest, on Alt-Moabit, but also nearby is Rewe (Hansaplatz) and Edeka (Edeka Center Moabit).
It is a lovely, quiet neighborhood right in the center of the city!
The flatmates are Arvid, Cristiano, and Henni. Cristiano and Arvid are both students, doing their masters. They are home quite a bit, but often go out to pursue their hobbies, or to socialize. Henni works as a biologist so is gone from the morning until the afternoon. All of them like very much to cook and to chill in the early evenings, and might have something interesting to do in the nighttime. Both Arvid and Henni can speak German, Cristiano can speak Italian, all three can speak English. All of them will be around at different times during the holidays, so you may or may not get the chance to meet everyone!
So! It is a student/working flat filled with young adults that like to chill while getting some work done!
The price must be paid upfront, and completely, regardless of actual stay.
House Vibe:
We have a lot of cool stuff here in the WG. A big living room with two large couches, video games, and a projector, all for chilling. We have a large and well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. There are two toilets and one bath and shower. We all like to chill, do our respective work, then relax together or separately. Feel free to use anything and everything, as long as it is respectful.
