a room in our shared flat in Moabit will be available from April. It is quietly located towards the second courtyard on the ground floor. The window makes it nice and bright in summer. With 9 square metres it is not very big, but it has everything you need. The furniture in the pictures would stay in the room. We have a big kitchen with everything you need to cook and a huge fridge.

in unserer WG in Moabit wird ab April ein Zimmer frei. Es liegt ruhig zum zweiten Innenhof im Erdgeschoss. Durch das Fenster ist es im Sommer schön hell. Mit 9 qm ist es nicht besonders groß, aber hat alles was man so braucht. Die Möbel auf den Bildern würden im Zimmer bleiben. Wir haben eine große Küche mit allem was man so zum kochen braucht und einen riesigen Kühlschrank.
Only about 20 min walk from the main station.
The very nice and quiet Fritz-Schloß Park is about 5 min. away (great for running) a calisthenics park is also nearby.
Shopping:
A small Edeka, ca.3/4 min. Lidl 10min and the big Edeka Center ca. 10min.
Kiez
In summer, the small Perlou ice cream parlour is highly recommended right at the crossroads! Our favourite bar Kallasch is only 7min away. There is also a table tennis table just around the corner.
Public transport:
Bus stop directly in front of the door.
Underground: Birkenstrasse 10min
S-Bahn: Westhafen 12min

Der sehr schöne und ruhige Fritz-Schloß Park ist ca. 5 min. entfernt (bestens zum Laufen) ein Calisthenics-Park ist auch direkt in der Nähe.

Ein kleiner Edeka, ca.3/4 min. Lidl 10min und das große Edeka Center ca. 10min.
Kiez
Im Sommer ist direkt an der Kreuzung die kleine Perlou Eisdiele sehr zu empfehlen! Unsere Lieblingsbar Kallasch ist nur 7 min entfernt. Außerdem gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte direkt um die Ecke.

Julian (26), Cristina (22) and Jakob (28) will live next to you in the shared flat.We have been living together since October last year and enjoy cooking (veggie) or playing Secret Hitler in the kitchen. If the situation allows it, we sometimes party in the flat or explore Moabit's pubs together. Nevertheless, everyone has their own space here.
Julian moved to Berlin last October to escape the dreary wasteland of Baden-Württemberg.In his free time, he likes climbing/bouldering and being outdoors. Cristina in from the Basque Country (north of Spain) and came here to study her master in social design. She enjoys a sunny day and really misses the mountains. She draws and takes photographs in her free time. Her favourite director is Tarantino.
Jakob is the old bird in the flat, (since the end of 2019) likes to go to the park around the corner, rides his bike fast and is now writing his master thesis in energy.

Wir, Julian (26), Cristina (22) und Jakob (28), wohnen seit Oktober letzten Jahres zusammen in der WG und kochen gerne oder spielen Secret Hitler in der Küche. Wenn es die Situation zulässt, feiern wir auch mal in der WG oder erkunden gemeinsam Moabits Kneipen. Trotzdem hat hier jeder seinen eigenen Raum.
Julian ist im Oktober letzten Jahres nach Berlin gezogen, um der tristen Einöde Baden-Württembergs zu entfliehen. In seiner Freizeit klettert und bouldert er gerne und ist viel in der Natur unterwegs (Wandern, Segeln). Neben seinem Studium der Energie- und Rohstoffwirtschaft genießt er Live-Musik und Berliner Kneipen.
Cristina kommt aus dem Baskenland (Nordspanien) und ist nach Berlin gekommen, um ihren Master in Sozialdesign zu machen. Sie genießt sonnige Tage und vermisst die Berge sehr. In ihrer Freizeit zeichnet und fotografiert sie. Ihr Lieblingsregisseur ist Tarantino.
Jakob ist der alte Vogel in der WG, (seit Ende 2019) geht gerne in den Park um die Ecke, fährt schnell Fahrrad und schreibt gerade seine Masterarbeit im Bereich Energie.
Moving in is flexible, could also be from mid of march. We all probably have to move out in September, because of some renovation works. If not, the room would be available long-term.
If you think that we would fit together just write us a few words about yourself including answering this: If you were a plant, which one would it be and why! The flat visits would probably take place at the 23 and 24.02 either online or in person. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Einzug ist flexibel, könnte auch ab Mitte März sein. Wir müssen wahrscheinlich alle im September ausziehen, wegen einiger Renovierungsarbeiten. Wenn nicht, würde das Zimmer langfristig verfügbar sein.
Wenn du denkst, dass wir zusammenpassen würden, schreibe uns einfach ein paar Worte über dich und beantworte unter anderem folgende Frage: Wenn du eine Pflanze wärst, welche wäre es und warum!
