Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer 2017 neu erbauten Maisonette Dachgeschosswohnung im 5. und 6. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Der Open Space Bereich im 6. OG inkl. der der Terrasse darf selbstverständlich mit genutzt werden.

The apartment is located in a maisonette top floor apartment built in 2017 on the 5th and 6th floor of an apartment building. The open space area on the 6th floor including the terrace can of course also be used.
Die Wohnung liegt in Berlin Moabit, nahe der Armenius Markthalle mit vielen Restaurants und Lebensmittelhändlern. Von hier aus kommst du schnell per Fahrrad, UBahn oder Bus überall hin. Zum Beispiel: Technische Universität Berlin (10 min mit dem Fahrrad, 20 min. mit Bus und Bahn), Humbold Universität zu Berlin (30 min mit Bus und Bahn) oder Hauptbahnhof (20 min mit Bus und Bahn)

The apartment is located in Berlin Moabit, near the Armenius market hall with many restaurants and grocery stores. From here you can quickly get anywhere by bike, subway or bus. For example: Technical University of Berlin (10 min by bike, 20 min. By bus and train), Humbold University of Berlin (30 min by bus and train) or Hauptbahnhof/ Central Station (15 min. by bike or 20 min. by bus and train).
Wir sind ein Paar im Alter von 26 und 31 Jahren und haben viel Platz für einen neuen Mitbewohner / Mitbewohnerin. Wir suchen niemanden, der nur auf Party aus ist. Gerne auch Austauschstudenten.
