Helles Altbauzimmer mit super hohen Decken in einer frischen Berliner 3er WG sucht ASAP eine/n Untermieter/in!
Mehr Bilder vom Rest der Wohnung kann ich dir auf Anfrage gerne noch zuschicken bzw. werde ich bald noch hier nachreichen, gerne führe ich dich auch einfach bei einem FaceTime Call einmal rum :)
Ich bin spontan für 11 Tage im Urlaub und vermiete daher für die Zeit unter.
Bitte schreib doch in deiner Nachricht, ob der Zeitraum auch so für dich passt.
Falls nötig kann ich auch einen Untermietervertrag ausstellen.
Busse fahren gleich vor der Tür und um die Ecke, die U9 Birkenstraße ist etwa 6 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und von dort aus super angebunden!
Du lebst mit Marie und Elpida, eine angehende Grafik-Designerin und eine angehende Künstlerin. Beide sind sehr unkompliziert und locker :) Außerdem ist Elpidas Hündin Ruby mit dabei.
