Hi, ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner geräumigen Altbauwohnung unter. Ich arbeite (recht viel) als Redakteur bei einem größeren Verlag und bin denke ich alles in allem recht entspannt. Die Wohnung war lange eine Studenten-WG, ich war Hauptmieter aber dann einige Jahre weg. Nun bin ich zurück, hab die Wohnung saniert und richte sie gerade neu ein Das Zimmer hat Stuck und frisch abgeschleifte Holzdielen als Boden. Küche und Bad sind auch neu. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße, aber das Fenster ist moderne Doppelverglasung. Ich habe ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein ebenso großes Wohn/Arbeitszimmer, dass du sicherlich mitbenutzen könntest, wenns passt. Was man bei einem Gespräch am besten rausfindet. Bis denne
In der Gotzkowskystr in Moabit. Viele Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im unmittelbaren Umkreis. Der U-Bahnhof Turmstr. ist 8 Gehminuten oder zwei Bushaltestellen entfernt. Die Gegend hat in den letzten Jahren eine Aufwertung erfahren, wie der ganze Stadtteil.
Entspannt, respektvoll, nicht zu eng, aber natürlich gerne mal kochen, chillen etc.
