Hello everybody,
We are Ivan and Francesco and are currently looking for a new flatmate to share our WG in Moabit with for a year :)
ABOUT US
I (Ivan) am a 30-years-old psychology student who's been living in Berlin for a while. I'm originally from Brazil and speak Portuguese, English and German. Francesco is 31. He's originally from Italy and has also been in Berlin for a while. His German is still in progress. He's currently finishing his PhD in literature while working full-time, sometimes from home. We do get along but live separate lives. We expect you to do the same.
THE WG
We live in a fully equipped WG in a 3 bedroom apartment (plus kitchen and bathroom) in the Beusselstraße, 5 minutes away from the S-Bahn station. The Turmstrasse also is right at the corner, including a Rewe (2 min), DM, many restaurants and anything you might need for your daily life.
THE BEDROOM
Your future bedroom is simply huge and shares a balcony with the kitchen. Francesco and I are never there, so I guess it's fair to say the balcony is pretty much yours. The bedroom is already furnished.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Preferably a gay male, 30+, non-smoker. Communication in the WG takes place in english, so you should feel comfortable with the language. You're also going to be asked about your budget (what you do for work, if you're getting any financial support, scholarships or whatever), so make sure you have a good answer for that. I must also say we'd prefer someone who's been living in Berlin for a while. Please do not text us if you do not fulfill these requirements, as you won't be getting any reply (and please do not take it personally. We're just trying to keep the atmosphere we're used to).

PS: We do not have the exact measures of the bedroom. I've set it as 20m2 because the field was mandatory.
