Hello beautiful people! I need to move out of my room/flat in Berlin! ASAP because of personal reasons... From SEPTEMBER 1st to October 30
MILLON SORRY FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO MSG ME BEFORE. THIS IS A NEW POST BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS DEAL WAS NOT POSSIBLE ANYMORE.
Fully new and furnished apartment. My flat is on the 4th floor in a shared 5 bedroom. The roommates are very nice and chill. The flat has a common kitchen and living room, plus, each room is essentially a studio apartment by itself with a private bathroom, kitchen, fridge, and everything you will need to be comfortable (Check images).
The great thing about my studio/room is the view (see image) and location compared to other studios/rooms given by the same company (I have been in other 2 and by far this one is the best).
Also, very very convenient 12min walk from Berlin Central station in Mitte, 5 min from REWE supermarket and DM pharmacy, 2 min from a cool park, 20 min to FitX gym, 7min to U6 metro.
The rent is 1000 eu/month all included, NEGOTIABLE
