While travelling, I am renting out my room in my wonderful flat in Moabit. It is 20 squaremeter big with high ceilings, and fully furnished. (If you have your own furniture, you may store some in our basement.)
Please note it is only available during 15.03.-15.07. (a shorter period is also possible, please write in the PM if you want it to be shorter).
Both S+U Westhafen and U Birkenstr are 4 minutes away by foot, so you are right by Ringbahn (S41/S42) and U9. Moreover, Moabit is a cultural hub of its own and you are living at the heart of it. Right next door are SPOILER and ZKU, places with regular art exhibitions and other events, at Birkenstraße you find plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops, e.g. Tirree which is a cozy coffee shop by day with lots of vegan options and a nice bar at night.
Even though you are close to everything fun, the apartment is situated in a quite sidestreet so you will be away from any noise. Your window is not facing the street but the green backyard :)
Max and Mark are wonderful, chill people that you can hang out with but also give you plenty of your own space.
Mark, 26, studies mathematics and is into culture, art and theater.
Max, 29, is a physiotherapist and very talented hobby cook.
Both enjoy bouldering and gaming.
hey are both German but very openminded towards all people from all over the world :)
Our flat has everything necessary: Washing machine, dishwasher (!! <3), a fully equipped kitchen, rain shower and even a bathtub :)
