Our apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet area called Moabit. Its pretty central, has nice parks and cafés and is surrounded by rivers and canals. BVG is just 2 walking min away and there are multiple super markets and shops around.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Ecke von Moabit. Die Gegend ist sehr zentral gelegen, es gibt viele kleine Parks uns Cafés und man ist umgeben von Flüssen und Kanälen. BVG Anbindung ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und es gibt verschiedenen Supermärkte und Shoppingmöglichkeiten.

because I'm going to be away for December I wanna sublet my lovely room:)
You'll be staying with my girls, Graze (29) and Jules (30). They are very fun to hangout with and are just super kind and sweet people - love them soo much! Graze is working full time in Marketing, mostly from home, and is really into her work out game and exploring cultural events and nice places in Berlin. Jules is studying Intercultural Conflict Management and is also a Social Worker. She loves concerts, yoga and cheese, lol. We're all very clean and tidy people. It gives us peace of mind when everything looks nice and is ready to enjoy :)
If you're looking for a cozy and relaxed stay, with lots of dinners, coffees and kitchen talks you've found the place to be! But of course you can also do you're own thing if thats what you prefer ;)

da ich im Dezember nicht da sein werde vermiete ich mein schönes Zimmer unter:)
Du wirst wirst mit meinen Mädels, Graze (29) und Jules (30) zusammenwohnen. Beide sind super lustig und einfach gute, liebe Menschen - lieb sie wirklich soo sehr! Graze arbeitet vollzeit im Marketingbereich, meistens von zuhause, geht mehrmals die Woche ins Gym und erkundet gerne Berlin. Jules studiert Intercultural Conflict Management und arbeitet in der Jugndhilfe. Sie liebt Konzerte, Yoga und Käse, lol. Wir sind alle sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es fühlt sich für uns einfach gut an, wenn alles schön aussieht und wir unser Zuhause einfach genießen können.
Wenn du nach einen gemütlichen und entspannten Aufenthalt, mit vielen Abendessen, Kaffe und Küchengesprächen suchst, bist du hier an der richtigen Adresse. Natürlich kannst du auch aber ganz frei dein Ding machen, wenn du das möchtest ;)
