Das Zimmer ist 24m2 groß, hat zwei große Fenster und viel Tageslicht. In dem Zimmer steht ein Schreibtisch, ein Bett (1,40m), ein großer Schrank , zwei Sessel und auch zwei Kommoden.
Die WG befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station Turmstraße. Die S-Bahn Station Tiergarten ist ebenso nur 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Um die Ecke gibt es viele Spätis, Cafès und auch Supermärkte.
Die Spree ist ebenso in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, wo man sehr gut spazieren oder joggen gehen kann.
Du würdest für den o.g. Zeitraum mit Peter, Breno und Lennart zusammen wohnen. Zwei arbeiten Vollzeit (Data Science), auch viel im Homeoffice und einer studiert. Das WG Leben ist sehr harmonisch, entspannt und wir verbringen auch gerne Zeit zusammen.
Ich bin reisen und möchte gerne mein Zimmer untervermieten. Die Miete ist recht teuer, da die Wohnung kernsaniert ist. Das Bad, die Küche, etc. sind alles neu und renoviert.
