Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich vermiete mein kleines, aber gemütliches Zimmer in einer sehr netten WG in Moabit für den Februar (nach Absprache etwas länger) unter.
Das Zimmer wird bis auf eine Matratze (bei Bedarf) leer sein, aber im Flur ist ein großer Schrank für deine Sachen.
Wir haben eine hübsche Küche, ein geräumiges Bad, ein Kellerabteil und das Zimmer geht zum ruhigen Innenhof raus.
Wir leben in einer Parallelstraße zur belebten Turmstraße, hier kann Fußläufig alles Nötige eingekauft werden, die Ubahn Turmstraße und die Sbahn Beusselstraße sind je in 10 minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Technische Universität ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und wir haben eine Kneipe im Nachbarhaus :)
Man ist mit dem Rad schnell am Tiergarten, Volkspark Rehberge, Plötzensee, oder kann nach Schloß Charlottenburg joggen.
Zwei von uns studieren, eine arbeitet in unterschiedlichen Nebenjobs, um sich die nächste Reise zu finanzieren. Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck WG, hängen aber auch nicht die ganze Zeit aufeinander. Es wird ab und an zusammen gekocht und auch mal Ekbers Beamer angeschmissen, aber ganz ungezwungen. Uns ist ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander sehr wichtig, wir wollen uns alle in unserer Wohnung wohlfühlen.
Das Zimmer ist nach Absprache eventuell etwas länger verfügbar, das kann ich jetzt aber noch nicht garantieren, deswegen steht es hier erstmal explizit nur für den Februar zur Zwischenmiete.
Schreib uns gerne ein paar Zeilen über dich, was dich nach Berlin verschlägt, was du für den Februar planst und wer du so bist.

Dear all,
I am subletting my 12 sqm room in a cozy flatshare in Berlin Moabit for the month of February (a little longer might be possible).
The room will be empty except for a mattress (if you need it) and there is a big wardrobe in the hallway.
We have a nice kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a space in the cellar.
The window goes out to the backyard and the room is very quiet.
The flat is located in Berlin Moabit near Ubahn Turmstraße and Sbahn Beusselstraße which can both be reached by foot in about 10 minutes so it is very well connected. By bike you can go to Schloss Charlottenburg, Tiergarten, Plötzensee or Volkspark Rehberge all in about 15 minutes.
We have a craft beer bar right next door and all other essential shops are within walking distance.
Two cohabitants are students, one is working part time and we like to spend time together, mostly in the shared kitchen but without a schedule or anything like that. We value each other's privacy and the cleanliness of the common rooms highly so you should respect that.
We are looking forward to hearing from you, please send us a couple lines about yourself, why you are coming to Berlin, what your plans are for the month etc. One liners will definitely be ignored.
