Das Zimmer ist hell und bietet Blick auf den Kanal vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt zwei gleich große Badezimmer, eines je Mitbewohner.
Der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich ist mit einer Mischung aus Ikea und sehr hochwerigen Designermöbeln ausgestattet. Wir haben einen großen Balkon sowie einen Gasgrill :-).
Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt recht luxuriös: bodentiefe Fenster, Eichenparkett, Fußbodenheizung, und natürlich gibt es einen Aufzug. Das Objekt wurde 2020 fertiggestellt, es ist also alles auf dem neuesten Stand.

The spacious living and dining area is furnished with a mixture of Ikea and very high quality designer furniture. We have a large balcony as well as a gas grill :-).
