Hello! I am moving out of my beautiful WG room and am looking for someone to sublet it for the remainder of May. The room is on a quiet street, but only minutes away from Neukölln station/the ring.
Photos show my pet rabbits and their enclosure, but these will be moved out by the time you see the room. Other furnishings, besides the TV; are all included!
Price for the full two weeks is 300€ but of course you will not be asked to pay this full amount if you do not stay for the full time. Two other roommates live here but are both quiet and great at open communication. You can gladly get in touch with them prior to staying if it makes you comfortable to do so!

Hallo! Ich ziehe aus meinem schönen WG-Zimmer aus und suche jemanden, der es für den Rest des Monats Mai untervermietet. Das Zimmer liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, aber nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof Neukölln / dem Ring entfernt.
Auf den Fotos sind meine Kaninchen und ihr Gehege zu sehen, aber diese werden ausgezogen sein, wenn Sie das Zimmer. Alle anderen Einrichtungsgegenstände, außer dem Fernseher, sind noch da!
Der Preis für die vollen zwei Wochen beträgt 300€, aber natürlich werden Sie nicht aufgefordert, den vollen Betrag zu zahlen, wenn Sie nicht für die gesamte Zeit bleiben. Zwei weitere Mitbewohner leben hier, sind aber beide ruhig und sehr kommunikationsfreudig. Sie können sich gerne vor Ihrem Aufenthalt mit ihnen in Verbindung setzen, wenn Sie sich dabei wohl fühlen!
