I am a German-US American and have been living in Berlin and this apartment the last 7 years. I am a non-smoker and smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment. I am currently doing a lot of dog-sitting, which means I will have dogs in the apartment so it is important that you are not allergic or afraid of dogs.
I am very social outside of the home, so when I am at home I enjoy having peace -aka this is not a party-WG. I enjoy cooking at home and because I walk 25km a day, I enjoy taking it easy when I am at home.
I keep a very clean place, nearing OCD level clean, and it's very important to me that the person is respectful that the communal places (kitchen and bathroom) are kept clean as well.
Looking for someone who has a full-time job, wants to live in a great location in Berlin, loves the company of dogs, and enjoys having some me-time.
