Hello ihr Lieben,
in unserer WG wird zum 11. Juni ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Da wir die Wohnung auf Ende des Monats verlassen müssen, ist das Zimmer auch nur noch für die restlichen drei Juniwochen verfügbar.
Wie super auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist das Zimmer lichtdurchflutet un dsichtgeschütz durch den großen Baum direkt vorm Haus. Du kannst über das Fenster auch auf unseren Balkon steigen - whoop!
Das Zimmer wird nicht möbliliert untervermietet, da ich meine Möbel beim Auszug mitnehmen werde. Ich kann dir einen Schreibtisch, Matratze und eine Kleiderstange bereitstellen, falls du das benötigen solltest :)
Die Wohnung ist hervorragend gelegen! Der Hermannplatz liegt direkt um die Ecke, von wo du super gut an die U8, U7 und sämtlichen Buslinien angebunden bist. Von hier aus bist du in 7 Minuten am Maybachufer oder in der Hasenheide! Zum Tempelhoferfeld ist es daher auch nicht allzu weit. Die Weserstraße ist bekannt für ihre unzähligen Bars, Restaurants und Kneipen, daher der perfekte Ort um immer wieder etwas neues auszuprobieren. Die Wohnung liegt am Anfang der Weserstraße, daher ist es vorm Haus ruhig und du bekommst keinen Lärm feiernder Menschen direkt mit!

Hello everbody,
in our flat-sharing a room for intermediate rent will become available on June 11. Since we have to leave the apartment at the end of the month, the room is also only available for the remaining three weeks of June.
As you can see on the pictures, the room is flooded with light and protected from view by the large tree directly in front of the house. You can also step over the window onto our balcony - whoop!
The room will not be sublet furnished, because I will take my furniture with me when I move out. I can provide you with a desk, mattress and clothes rail if you need it :)
The apartment is in a great location! Hermannplatz is right around the corner, from where you are super well connected to the U8, U7 and all bus lines. From here you are in 7 minutes at the Maybachufer or in the Hasenheide! It is therefore not too far to Tempelhoferfeld. The Weserstraße is known for its countless bars, restaurants and pubs, so the perfect place to always try something new. The apartment is located at the beginning of Weserstraße, so it's quiet in front of the house and you won't hear any noise of partying people directly!
