I'm renting my room for 3,5 weeks max. from July. 1st to 27th.
It's a 25m² cosy furnished room with a small balcony in a 180m² flat.
The rent is 500€ for 3,5 weeks.
I'm looking for a girl (worker or student) respectful, clean and easy-going :)
No party people.
The deposit of 500€ concern the all flat, all equipment.
The apartment is large with a big living room and super well equipped, there are even two toilets :p
If you have a bike, you can put it safely in the courtyard.
Viewing In Person. No Video Call.
The flat is located near the charming neighbourhood of Shillerkiez and close to Hermannplatz.
Only 10 min by foot to Tempelhof!
Transportation
- 3 min by foot to Ubahn Boddinstrasse (U8)
- 7 min by foot to Ubahn Hermannplatz (U8 - U7)
- 6 min by foot to M43 bus station (trough Sonnenallee to Ostkreuz)
The apartment is in a building rather family where everyone knows each other!
The main tenant of the flat is Björn, he's 45y and he's a real Berliner :)
He has two kids (13y and 4y) super lovely who visit him from time to time.
My other flatmates are Jaffar and Maria really nice people !
Super important, no party here :)
We had a bad experience with someone and we want a quiet and friendly place to live.
