Möbliertes WG Zimmer 20 qm mit Balkon in Buckow ab Anfang Juli bis Ende August. Wenn du gerade in Berlin ankommst und auf die schnelle für 2 Monate was brauchst um hier erstmal ordentlich anzukommen ist dass das ideale Angebot für dich. Buckow gehört zu Neukölln, ist eher ruhig aber durch die 5 verschiedenen Busstationen ist man auch schnell dort wo man hinmuss. WG ist eher zweckig obwohl mein Mitbewohner super is, aber da wir beide arbeiten und es kein Wohnzimmer gibt sieht man sich kaum. Möbliert heißt: Es gibt ein Bett, zwei Tische, lange Kleiderstange sowie paar Aktencontainer für Unterlagen. Miete warm ist 500€ und eine 300 Kaution die es Ende August bei Auszug wiedergibt

If you have just arrived in Berlin and need something quickly for 2 months to get here properly, this is the ideal offer for you. Buckow belongs to Neukölln, is rather quiet, but thanks to the 5 different bus stations, you can quickly get where you need to go. WG is more practical, although my roommate is great, but since we both work and there is no living room, you hardly see each other. Furnished means: There is a bed, two tables, a long clothes rail and a few file containers for documents. Rent warm is 500€ and 300 deposit, which will be returned at the end of August when you move out.
Buckow ist ruhig, durch die gute ÖPNV Anbindung is man aber überall recht schnell
Eher zweckig weil wir beide arbeiten und es kein Wohnzimmer gibt. Aber Mitbewohner is ganz entspannt, gab nie Probleme .
Nachbarn sind auch ganz nett von daher easy peasy
