Die Wohnung befindet sich an der belebten Flughafenstraße, durch die Hinterhauslage ist die Wohnung angenehm ruhig. Die U-Bahnstation Boddinstraße (U8) ist 5 Minuten und Ringbahnstation Hermannstraße 15 Minuten entfernt. Zur Hasenheide und dem Tempelhoferfeld sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Es befinden sich zahlreiche Bars, Supermärkte und Restaurants im direkten Umfeld.

The apartment is located on the lively Flughafenstraße, the apartment is pleasantly quiet due to the rear building location. The subway station Boddinstraße (U8) is 5 minutes away and the Ringbahn station Hermannstraße 15 minutes. The Hasenheide and Tempelhoferfeld are about 15 minutes away. There are numerous bars, supermarkets and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Für mich ist eine herzliche Atmosphäre, große Rücksichtnahme, sich für den Anderen interessieren und ab und an gemeinsame Zeit wichtig. Trotzdem sollte jeder seine Ruhe haben können und sich zurückziehen können. Falls es zu Abweichung getroffener Absprachen kommt möchte ich diese direkt kommuniziert bekommen. Es findet sich immer eine Lösung mit guter Kommunikation.
Trotzdem sollte jeder auch seine Ruhe haben können. Was Sauberkeit etc. an geht, hoffe ich das sich nur Menschen melden für die das, das normalste der Welt ist. Es gibt einen Putzplan der vorsieht, dass du jede zweite Woche die Gemeinschaftsräume ordentlich putzt, ich mache das die zwei anderen Wochen. Generelle ist mir eine saubere, ordentliche und gemütliche Wohnung wo wir Beide zu beitragen wichtig.

There is a cleaning plan that stipulates that you clean the communal areas properly every other week, I do it the other two weeks. In general, a clean, tidy and cozy apartment where we both contribute is important to me.
