Großes Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon mitten im Schillerkiez in 2er WG mit Baby

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im schönen Neuköllner Schillerkiez, ca. 5min Fußweg vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Auch die Hasenheide ist um die Ecke, sowie unzählige Cafés, Restaurants, Bars... Selbst der Bierbaum3 mit 24/7 Öffnungszeit ist nur eine Straßenecke weiter. Es gibt viel zu sehen, es ist sehr divers und wuselig.
Die nächste U-Bahn ist die U8 und die Station ist in ca. 5min fußläufig erreichbar. Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Bio Company) in unter 5min.

The flat is located in the middle of the beautiful Neuköllner Schillerkiez, approx. 5min walk from Tempelhofer Feld. The Hasenheide park is also around the corner, as well as countless cafés, restaurants, bars... Even the Bierbaum3, open 24/7 is just a stone's throw away. There is a lot to see, it is very diverse and buzzing.
The nearest metro is the U8 and the station is about 5min walk away. Supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Bio Company) in less than 5min.

Es handelt sich um eine 2er WG mit mir, Yannic. Ich bin im Februar Papa einer tollen, nein der besten, Tochter geworden, die regelmässig (von September-April aufgrund von Elternzeit sehr viel) da sein wird. Ab und zu wird auch ihre Mama, sowie ein kleiner, schüchterner Hund mal zu Besuch sein. Damit einher geht, dass ich das Zimmer zwar sehr gerne langfristig, aber zunächst für maximal 4 Jahre vermieten würde - falls meine Tochter dann schon ihr eigenes Zimmer bekommen soll. Darüber würde man sich aber eh noch mal unterhalten. Das Zusammenleben mit einem Baby/Kind ist sicher nicht für alle was, daher hier die Transparenz.

Ein paar Worte zu mir und zum Zusammenleben:
Ich bin Yannic, 33 Jahre alt und lebe mit kurzer Unterbrechung seit 2014 in Berlin. Ich bin ein recht ruhiger Mensch in großen Gruppen (Tendenz Drinnie), mag aber das natürliche Miteinander im Alltag. Ich arbeite von Zuhause, verquatsche mich gerne in der Küche und bin gemeinsamen Aktivitäten sehr offen gegenüber, allerdings muss man schauen, wie es sich ergibt. Ich bin großer Kolumbienfan, höre und tanze viel Salsa und mache viel Sport - auch wenn die Hobbies gerade durch meine Tochter durcheinander gebracht wurden, was sehr schön ist.

This is a 2-person flat share with me, Yannic. In February, I became the father of a great, no, the best, daughter, who will be there regularly (from September to April a lot due to parental leave). From time to time, her mum and a small, shy dog will also visit. This goes hand in hand with the fact that I would be very happy to rent out the room on a long-term basis, but initially for a maximum of 4 years - if my daughter is to have her own room by then. But we would talk about that again anyway. Living with a baby/child is certainly not for everyone, so this is me being transparent.

A few words about me and living together:
I'm Yannic, 33 years old and have been living in Berlin since 2014 with a short break. I'm a fairly quiet person in bigger groups, but like coming together naturally. I work from home, like to forget the time chatting in the kitchen and am very open to joint activities, although we'd have to see how it turns out. I'm a big Colombia fan, listen to and dance a lot of salsa and do a lot of sport - even though my hobbies have just been turned upside down by my daughter, which is nice.

Da ich die Wohnung selbst erst frisch bezogen habe, ist noch nicht alles an seinem finalen Ort, einige Pflanzen und Bilder fehlen, etc. Aber das wird alles kommen und ich freue mich über Inspiration und Mitgestaltungswillen.

Since I have just moved into the flat myself, not everything is in its final place yet, some plants and pictures are missing, etc.. But that will all come and I am happy about inspiration and anyone who would like to get involved.
