JUST GIRLS - NUR MÄDCHEN
Hi! Because I’ll start an Ausbildung in August and it’s too far from my actual location I’m moving out from my room sooner as planned so I’m helping the owner to find a new roommate. The room it’s available just for girls because the owner had bad experiences with man before
It is a two room apartment. The room is quite spacious and you’d have a big bed. There is also a TV you could use. You’d have to share part of the closet with him, but that doesn’t mean you won’t have your privacy.
It’s situated in Wutzkyallee-Neukölln, and just 6 min walk from the U-bahn. There’s a lot of grocery shops around, and Neukölln station is just 15 min away :).
We’re looking for a girl up to 20 years old (I’m 22), who’s clean and doesn’t have problems with dogs (there’s a small and lovely dog). Life there is easygoing, and if you’re just moving to Berlin it’s perfect because you’ll have everything you can need. Sometimes sharing a meal would be nice, the owner likes to chat from time to time, though he’s also busy because of his work so it’s not something 24/7, you can also have a quiet an relaxed day :)

you must speak german, since the Hauptmieter doesn’t know english!!!
Ideal would be starting in August, but if you need the room a little bit sooner I could also move before August.
