Hi there,
We are looking for a chill housemate for the biggest room in our shared apartment.
The room is ~25+ sqm and gets beautiful sunlight during the day. The three bedroom apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a generally quietly located building from around 1905. The place gives you all the necessary amenities and utilities, such as the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher), a bathtub plus shower, WIFI and a washing machine. Have a look at the pics to get a feeling!
Rent is all inclusive and the place available to move in any day between November 10th - 17th 2023.
Needless to mention about Neukölln: a very pleasant area, with lots of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes nearby, as well as the "Kanal" and a couple of parks.
We are 28 and 33, both working so the WG life is pretty quiet during the week. Always happy to have a drink or go for an exhibition or other random activity around Berlin on the weekend though!
