Hey :)
Ich suche ab dem 15.07. eine Mieterin für das zweite Zimmer (ca. 25qm) in einem sanierten Altbau in Neukölln.
Ich bin Lou, 23 und arbeite Vollzeit in einer Werbeagentur.
Ich werde im September mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehen, Jonas wohnt bis dahin mit bei uns.
Da wir aber beide viel arbeiten und die Wohnung recht groß ist, werden wir sicher alle genug Platz haben.
Die Wohnung ist zum 30.09. gekündigt, wir werden Anfang September ausziehen. Wie lang du in der Wohnung bleiben kannst, müsstest du mit meiner ehemaligen Mitbewohnerin Kim besprechen. Sie wohnt mittlerweile wieder in Hamburg.
Die Miete beträgt inklusive aller Nebenkosten 750 Euro pro Person (leider ist die Wohnung wirklich so teuer).
Dafür aber wunderschön gelegen zwischen Hermannstraße und Tempelhofer Feld.
