Das Zimmer ist 22 qm groß und hat einen eigenen kleinen Balkon. Meine Möbel lasse ich für die Zeit der Untermiete im Zimmer, daher muss ich leider auch eine Kaution nehmen.
Die Wohnung ist in Neukölln gelegen. S-Bahn Sonnenallee und Karl-Marx-Straße sind 5 Minuten entfernt.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch und auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG. Wir haben eine große Wohnküche und noch zwei weitere Balkone und verbringen dort viel Zeit zusammen.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer unter weil ich ein Praktikum im Ausland machen werde. Voraussichtlich wird das Praktikum bis Ende November gehen und das Zimmer solange frei sein. Endgültig klärt sich das aber erst im August daher vermiete ich das Zimmer erstmal nur bis Ende September. Eine Verlängerung ist dann aber möglich.
