The room is on the first floor and has a small balcony. you could paint or create music on my pc if you want. the flat has a lot of rooms and it goes over two floors.
The flat is located in the schillerkiez, which has a lot of little bars and cafes and lies directly between the tempelhof airfield and the subway station Leinestrasse. The southern part of Schillerkiez is more quiet but you are able to be in the interesting parts of neukölln and kreuzberg very fast.
In the summer almost everyone is going on trips or is gone for the weekend, so allthough its 12 people, its mostly pretty quiet. often one can have a chat in the kitchen or join someone with cooking.
There are some people of colour and some with divers sexual identities, so allthough they are easy about it, you should be aware and may have some experience.
