Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Neuköllns direkt an der Sonnenallee mit 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Hermannplatz. Sie ist insgesamt 55 qm groß mit einer Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und 2 Zimmern.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 23 qm, ist vollmöbliert und hat einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Neuköllns an der Grenze zu Kreuzberg. Der Hermannplatz ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, das Maybachufer ist in 10 Minuten und das Tempelhofer Feld in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt zahlreiche leckere Restaurants, Cafés, coole Bars und tolle Märkte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Mein Name ist Julia, ich bin 24 Jahre alt und bin die letzten 2 Augustwochen im Urlaub. Daher würde ich mein Zimmer für diese Zeit gerne untervermieten. Mein Mitbewohner Nici wohnt in dieser Zeit auch in der Wohnung. Mir ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig, da auch all meine Sachen dort bleiben werden.
Das Zimmer ist groß und hell mit Balkon zur Sonnenallee.
