im Monat März wird ein Zimmer in unserer Groß-WG in Nordneukölln zur Untermiete frei (1 Monat). Wir freuen uns über eine Person, die (wenn auch nur für kurze Zeit) Lust auf Gemeinschaft mit Kindern hat.
Das Zimmer ist 16m2 groß und liegt im 2. Stock. Es ist kostet 450€ pro Monat inklusive alles und ist möbliert.
Du teilst dir ein Bad mit einer Person und es gibt eine große Wohnküche und ein Wohnzimmer. Außerdem haben wir eine große windgeschützte Terrasse. Unsere Wohnung ist rauchfrei (manche rauchen gelegentlich auf dem Balkon) und leider nicht die hellste.

Hey, we are subletting a room in our large flatshare with kids in North-Neukölln for the whole of March (1 month).
The room size is 16m2. It costs 450€ per month including all bills.
The flat is 280 sqm and spans across 2 floors. You will share the bathroom with one other person and there is a large live-in kitchen, a living room and a large, comfortable wind-protected terrace. Our flat is smoke-free (we occasionally smoke on the balcony) and unfortunately not the brightest place during the winter.

Die Karl-Marx-Strasse, auf der es alles gibt, ist zwei Minuten entfernt und ein Park ist direkt gegenüber von unserem Haus.
Zur U8 Boddinstrasse brauchst du ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Karl-Marx-Strasse, where you can find everything, is two minutes away and there is a park directly opposite our house.
To U8 Boddinstrasse it takes about 10 minutes walking.

In der WG wohnen 2 Kinder (2 und 7 Jahre alt), 2 Frauen, 2 Männer und 2 nicht-binäre Personen.
Insgesamt sind wir alle eher busy. Manche arbeiten mehr, manche weniger. Manche sind in linkspolitischen Kontexten organisiert, andere nicht. Was wir miteinander teilen ist eine queerfeministische und rassismuskritische Grundhaltung, die wir versuchen im Alltag zu leben. Auch wenn wir alle recht verschieden sind und unser eigenes Leben haben, haben wir uns alle gern und nehmen uns Zeit für die Gemeinschaft.
Bei uns wird täglich die Küche geputzt. Zudem gibt es noch ein, zwei andere Dienste/ Verantwortlichkeiten für jede*n von uns. Zuhause kochen wir vegetarisch. Wir lieben gute Lebensmittel und kaufen vorwiegend Bio aus einer gemeinsamen Essenskasse (135-150Euro). Bei uns herrscht Kühlschrank-Kommunismus. Alkohol, andere Lieblingsgetränke und Süßigkeiten kauft aber jede*r selbst.

There are 2 children living in the flat (2 and 7 years old), 2 women, 2 men and 2 non-binary people.
Generally, we are all kinda busy. Some of us work more, some less. Some are politically organised, others are not. We share a queer feminist and racism-critical stance that we try to apply in our everyday lives. Even though we are all quite different and have our own lives, we like each other and enjoy taking time for the community.
We have a cleaning rota for the kitchen, which is cleaned daily, and some other communal tasks/responsibilities. At home we cook vegetarian food - of course you are free to eat whatever like, but we would prefer that the flat kitchen remains meat-free. We love good food and buy our groceries from a shared food fund (135-150€ per person per month).
We practice fridge communism, whatever is left unattended in the kitchen is up for grabs! Alcohol, other favourite drinks and sweets are bought individually.
