Dieses geräumige Zimmer ist ca. 23m² groß, ist durch die zwei großen Fenster schön hell und befindet sich in einer schönen Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, Balkon und einer Gesamtfläche von 100 m².
Es hat ein 180x200m großes Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Kleiderstange und einem kleinem Schreibtisch.
Das große Wohnzimmer kann gemeinsam genutzt werden und hat einen Esstisch, der auch zum Arbeiten im Homeoffice geeignet ist. Es gibt zusätzlich einen Balkon mit Sitzecke. Das Badezimmer ist hell und hat eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Auch die Küche ist groß und mit einer Couch sehr gemütlich.

This spacious room is 25m², is nice and bright due to the two large windows and is located in a beautiful old building flat with balcony and a total size of 100 m².
It has a 180x200m double bed, a wardrobe, clothes rail and a small desk.
The large living room can be shared and has a dining table that is also suitable for working from home. There is also a balcony with a seating area. The bathroom is bright and has a shower and bathtub. The kitchen is also large and cosy with a couch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom schönen Körnerpark, wo man super entspannen kann. Der Körnerpark ist sehr gut gepflegt und fühlt sich mit den kleinen Wasserfällen und Teich an wie ein kleiner Schlosspark. Im Viertel gibt es auch einige schöne Bars.
Die S + U Bahn Neukölln mit Anbindung zur Ringbahn ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Supermärkte, Drogerie usw.) sind auch in direkter Umgebung.
Die Wohnung liegt in der 1. Etage. Das Haus ist nach meiner Erfahrung sehr gut isoliert und man hört nichts von den Nachbarn im Haus.

The flat is directly opposite the beautiful Körnerpark, where you can relax nicely. The Körnerpark is very well maintained and feels like a small castle park with the small waterfalls and pond. There are also nice bars in the neighbourhood.
The Neukölln S + U station with connection to the Ringbahn is only a 3-minute walk away.
Shopping facilities (bakery, supermarkets, drugstore, etc.) are also in the direct vicinity.
The flat is on the 1st floor. In my experience, the house is very well insulated and you can't hear anything from the neighbours in the house.
Die Wohnung ist eine geräumige 3 Zimmer Wohnung, in der du zu zweit wohnen würdest. Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche werden geteilt. Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für 4 Wochen während ich im Urlaub bin. Du würdest also zu zweit mit meinem netten Mitbewohner in der WG leben. Er ist 35 und arbeitet im Bereich Internationale Zusammenarbeit und arbeitet auch gerne häufiger im Homeoffice. Er spricht Englisch, Deutsch und lernt aktuell Arabisch.

The flat is a spacious 3-room flat in which you would live with my flatmate. Living room, bathroom and kitchen are shared. I am renting out my room for 4 weeks while I am on holidays. So you would live together with my nice flatmate. He is 35 and works in the field of international co-operation and likes to work from home more often. He speaks English, German and is currently learning Arabic.
