We are looking for a new nice and coherent flatmate who can move in on the 1st of September, as Berlin is full of nutjobs we would prefer to have a trial period of three months to see if we are actually a good match! After which you can also get an Anmeldung in case you need it.
The flat is on Kottbusser Damm, right next to Hermannplatz. The room is comfy, bright and cozy . There is a deposit of 819,00€ that you get back once you move out). We would like to live with people that are very open, accepting, positive and relaxed. We still like to clean though. We are creative in different ways and we like to spend time alone as much as we like to spend it in good company. The neighbourhood is a lot of fun and there is a lot of amazing places to go to!
