I am moving out of my WG (I found a flat) and my room will be available from 16 oct until dec 31, possibly until january or february. The room is perfect for someone who just moved to the city or is in between places.
Price: 500/month and 500 deposit, everything included.
Location: very close to Hermanplatz in an area full of nice cafes, bars and shops. In my opinion the best part of the city. Walking distance to the canal, Hasenheide. 5 mins to U8, U7 and several buses directly across the street.
Flat: You will be sharing the place with Alex, 37. Very nice guy, speaks german and english and very uncomplicated and easy to get along with. The flat is an altbau (3rd floor). It is really big, with high ceilings and huge shared spaces: bathroom (washing machine and bathtub), really well equipped kitchen, a big livingroom, and a balcony. There are two cute turtles in the flat as well 🙂. The internet is fast and very reliable if you work from home.
Room: your room is around 17m2, furnished with the basics:(matress in hochbett), desk, chair, and a small shelf. If you need, I could leave my closet for a small price. The room faces the courtyard, so you can escape the NK chaos while you sleep.
FYI: Alex smokes, mostly in his room or office. I am not a smoker so the room is fit for non-smokers as well.
