Hallo liebe Leute, ich bin einige Wochen nicht in Berlin und vermiete meine 2 Zimmer.
Die Zimmer liegen nebeneinander, wie mann es auf den Bildern sehen kann. Nur eins davon ist mit dem Rest der Wohnung verbunden, was euch im anderen Raum zusätzliche Privatsphäre bietet. Jedes Zimmer ist etwa 20 Quadratmeter groß. Beide Räume verfügen über zwei nach Westen ausgerichtete Fenster, die viel Licht hereinlassen.
In der Wohnung stehen ein Badezimmer (mit Dusche und Waschmaschine) und eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle usw.) die mit meinem Mitbewohner zu teilen sind. WLAN ist selbstverständlich auch vorhanden.
WICHTIG: Der zweite Raum (der mit den Puzzlematten auf den Bildern) wird fast leer sein. Auch die Puzzlematten werden weg sein. Es wird nur eine Matratze und ein paar andere Dinge geben. Viel Platz also, der kreativ genutzt werden kann. Der erste Raum wird mit den Möbeln ausgestattet sein, die mann auf den Bildern sieht, aber die Möbel werden nur teilweise zur Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen (weil ich dort meine Kleidung und Sachen aufbewahrt habe).

Hello good people, I am not in Berlin for some weeks and wish to rent out these two rooms.
The rooms are adjacent to each other as you can see in the pictures. Only one of them connects to the rest of the flat, which gives you some extra privacy in the other room. Each room is about 20 square meters big. Both rooms have two windows facing west, which allow for plenty of light to enter.
In the flat a bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc) is available to be shared with my flatmate. WiFi is also available of course.
IMPORTANT: the second room (the one with the puzzle mats on the pictures) will be almost empty of furniture. The puzzle mats will be gone too. There will only be a mattress and a couple of other things. So plenty of space to be used creatively. The first room will have the furniture you see on the pictures, but it will only be partially available for use (because I have my clothes and other things stored there).

Die Wohnung liegt in der Hobrechtstraße, direkt neben dem Hermannplatz. 5 Minuten zu fuß zur U-Bahn U7 & U8, und mehrere Bushaltestellen.

The apartment is on Hobrechtstrasse, right next to Hermannplatz. 5 minutes walking distance to subway U7 & U8, and several bus stops.
