Hi, es ist hier alles recht klein und verwinkelt und nicht die perfekte klassische WG-Wohnung. Aber da meine Partnerin ab November woanders wohnen wird, steht das kleinere von beiden Zimmern zur Verfügung. Von daher ist es womöglich besser für Menschen geeignet, die viel unterwegs sind / außerhalb arbeiten und sich dann über ein ruhiges Schlafzimmer freuen.
Das Zimmer geht richtung Hinterhof raus und ist für nord-neuköllner Verhältnisse sehr ruhig gelegen.
Gemeinsam nutzen wir das Bad, den Flur und die Küche.

Hi, it's all very small and full of nooks and crannies here and therefore not the perfect WG-flat, but since my partner is relocating from November onwards, the smaller of the two rooms will be free. Thus, this place might suit you better, if you do not work from home and are rather on the move a lot and appreciate a quiet bedroom.
The room faces the backyard and is, in relation to the situation in north neukölln, rather quiet.
The shared spaces include the bathroom, kitchen and hallway.

Ich selbst bin sehr viel zuhause und mache von hier aus Musik. Ich stehe früh auf und nutze vor allem den Tag bis zum Nachmittag, um produktiv zu sein. Zweimal am Tag mache ich für jeweils 15 bis 30 min Gesangsübungen und gelegentlich mache ich Gesangsaufnahmen für neue Songs.

Myself, I am home a lot - I work from here, which means I make music / produce songs. I am an early riser und make most use of the day until late afternoon to be productive. Twice a day I do some vocal practice which takes about 15 to 30 minutes each and often I need to record vocals for my songs.
