We are looking to sublett one of our 25m² rooms from November 29th to January 13th for 700€ this the warm rent for the entire stay. We are a BPOC queer flinta flatshare that would like our space to shared within that LGBTQIA+ community.
There is a big kitchen, a living room, and two bathrooms. Everyone has different work schedules so you will have your space and will have time to interact and get to know all of the people in the flat.
We do require meeting you either through zoom or in person to see if our vibes will get along for the duration of your stay. The room you will be staying in is a non-smoking room. We are very respectful to your privacy and also hope you will feel welcome. We would like someone who is clean and respectful as well. Hope to hear from you soon!
The U8 is a 2 min walk away as well as the M43 and the 166 bus. There are plenty of grocery stores within a 5 minute walk of the flat. There are also a lot of Cafés, Bars, and Restaurants as well if you would like to go out.
Because it is such a large flatshare we do ask that you take part in the weekly cleaning schedule. It is a different task each week.
