The room is warm, cozy, silent and comes with a really comfortable bed. The space is not huge but fits everything of basic need: closet, bed and a working desk. It also comes with a cute and spacious balcony with table and chairs. Apology in advance for night pictures I really couldn't make it during daytime.
Overall I've been living in this room for 8 months and have to say that is really cozy and comfortable, with lots of light and silent.
Location needs no description. It's one of most vibrant areas of Berlin. Closed to the apartment Rewe, Lidl and many small Turkish shops.. Bars, biergartens, restaurants as if there is no tomorrow. Worth to mention m41 bus just downstairs, which comes every 5 min during the day and every 20 during nighttime. Also U7 is just 10 min away.
Roomates are 2 girls and 1 guy. They just want somebody who would help out with the cleaning and that doesn't invite always people over (there is not much space for that anyways). Ideally someone with a job of course because as mentioned pay slips are required for the application. Contract and anmeldung comes with the room. Landlord is quite nice and always available if something breaks.
