I'm renting out my cozy and big room over the Christmas holidays and New Years.
The flat (80 sqm) is located in Reuterkiez with Weserstraße and it's huge amount of restaurants and bars around the corner. Hermannplatz is ~8 mins and Maybachufer ~5 mins walking distance away . There's really everything you need around. The room also comes with your own balcony from which you can see Alexanderturm yayyy as you see the full on Berlin experience.
You will live together with my roomy Johanna (27) who is super sweet and really uncomplicated. She's on the go most of the time but for sure also finds the time to have a glass of (Glüh)wein with you in our cozy kitchen if you'd like to. Since she's at her family's over the Christmas days you will have the flat on your own for some days tho.
If you're in Berlin you can just drop by for a coffee and see the flat, otherwise we're also fine with meeting you through the internet.
