Beautiful room + shared living room in a renovated Altbau

Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz nah an der schönen Weserstraße in Neukölln, die mit Bars und Restaurants überflutet ist. Zu Fuß/mit dem Fahrrad kommt man sehr gut zum Maybachufer oder zum Treptower Park.
Nächste Bushaltestelle (2 Minuten) ist die Geygerstraße und S-Bahn ist Sonnenallee.
Zur U7, Rathaus Neukölln, läuft man auch in 10 Minuten.

The apartment is very close to the beautiful Weserstraße in Neukölln, which is flooded with bars and restaurants. You can easily walk/bike to Maybachufer or Treptower Park.
The nearest bus stop (2 minutes) is Geygerstraße and the S-Bahn is Sonnenallee.
You can also walk to the U7, Rathaus Neukölln, in 10 minutes.

Das WG Leben würde aus uns beiden bestehen und mir ist es wichtig, keine Zweck-WG zu haben, sondern ein schönes Zuhause, das man gerne mit der anderen Person teilt. Natürlich sollte man sich auch mal zurückziehen können und sein eigenes Ding machen aber ich fände es schön, wenn sich ganz natürlich eine Freundschaft entwickelt und man gerne was miteinander unternimmt oder sich beim einen oder anderen Kaffee in der Küche verquatscht.

Ein bisschen zu mir:
Ich bin 25 und arbeite in einer Experience Marketing Agentur (Eventbranche). Ich mache gerne spontan Pläne und bin immer offen für neue Restaurants, Ausstellungen, Spieleabende und seit neustem auch Sport (Urban Sports Club) :-) Ich befasse mich gerne mit persönlicher Entwicklung und dem Leben, liebe es zu reisen und werde deshalb auch ab und zu mal weg sein.

Ich hätte Lust auf gemeinsames Kochen (veggie) oder dir meine Stamm-Cafés zu zeigen.

Für Gäste und Besuch bin ich auch immer offen, solange wir das abstimmen, für wilde Partys zuhause aber eher nicht.

The shared flat would consist of the two of us and it's important to me not to have only a functional shared flat, but a nice home that we enjoy together. Of course, you should be able to do your own thing as well, but I think it would be nice if a friendship developed naturally and we liked doing some things together.

A bit about me:
I'm 25 and work in an experience marketing agency (events industry). I like to make spontaneous plans and am always open to new restaurants, exhibitions, game nights and lately also sports (Urban Sports Club) :-) I like to talk about personal development and life, I love to travel and will therefore be away from time to time.

I would like to cook together (veggie) or show you my favorite cafés.

I'm always open to guests and visitors as long as we agree on that beforehand, but not for wild parties at home.

Ich suche jemanden langfristig zur Untermiete (m/w/d), würde aber probeweise das Zimmer erst mal 3 Monate untervermieten. Am wichtigsten ist mir ein harmonisches Miteinander, dass du ordentlich bist und die Wohnung mit der neuen Ausstattung und den neuen Möbeln gut behandelst.

I am looking for someone to sublet on a long-term basis (m/f/d), but would sublet the room for 3 months as a trial. The most important thing for me is a harmonious atmosphere, that you are tidy and take good care of the apartment with the new equipment and furniture.
