Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne, frisch renovierte Wohnung für 1,5 Monate (1.2.-14.3.2024) unter und freuen uns über verlässliche, liebe Menschen, die in dieser Zeit dort sein möchten.
Wir suchen zwei Frauen.
Das kleine Zimmer (ca. 15m2) kostet 500€ (400€ kalt + Nebenkosten 100€ / plus Kaution 500€). Das große Zimmer (ca. 20m2) 600€ (500€ kalt + 100€ Nebenkosten / plus 600€ Kaution).
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, Küche, Bad und Flur. Sie liegt im im 4.Stock, dadurch hell, mit Fenstern zum Innenhof und damit sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert. Auch ein Bett und eine zusätzliche Matratze sind vorhanden.
Wenn du Interesse hast und eines der Zimmer nimmst, beziehen wir dich selbstverständlich in die Entscheidung über eine Mitbewohnerin mit ein. Unser Anliegen ist natürlich, beide Zimmer in dem Zeitraum unterzuvermieten.
We are subletting our beautiful, newly renovated flat for 1,5 months (1.2.-14.3.2024) and are happy to welcome reliable, lovely people, who would like to be there for this period.
We are looking for two women.
The small room (approx.15m2) is 500€ (400€ rent + runnig costs, heating, etc. 100€ / plus security deposit 500€). The big one (approx.20m2) 600€ (500€ rent + 100€ runnig costs, heating, etc. / plus 600€ security deposit).
The flat has two rooms which can be entered seperately (bedroom and living room), a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway. It's on the 4th floor, therefore bright, with windows towards the patio and thus very calm.
The flat is partly furnished. Also a bed and an extra mattress are there.
If you are interested and take one of the two rooms, we will of course include you in the decision of who is your flatmate. Our goal is of course to sublet both of the rooms during this period.
Die Wohnung liegt im Schillerkiez/Neukölln, in belebter Lage, nahe dem Tempelhofer Feld. Es gibt in dieser Ecke viele schöne Cafés und Läden, Supermärkte, Kino, und alles, was man so braucht, ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Busse, U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind ebenfalls nur max. 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Die nächsten Stationen sind BODDINSTRASSE und HERMANNSTRASSE.
The flat is located in Schillerkiez/Neukölln, in a lively neighbourhood, close to Tempelhofer Feld. There is many nice cafés and shops around, supermarkets, cinema and everything one might need can be reached easily by foot.
Public transport like buses, metro and suburban trains are also within a distance of max. 10min by foot. The closest stations are BODDINSTRASSE and HERMANNSTRASSE.
