Ich suche ab Januar eine*n Mitbewohner*in für das schöne, helle Zimmer mit Balkon! Das Zimmer ist geräumig (20m2) und bietet jede Menge Platz für persönliche Gestaltungsideen. Mit großen Fenstern durchflutet es tagsüber mit viel natürlichem Licht, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. (Was vor allem im Winter sehr sehr wichtig ist!)
Darüber hinaus verfügt das Zimmer über einen eigenen Balkon, der sich (vor allem im Sommer) ideal für gemütliche Stunden an der frischen Luft eignet und im Winter kurz zum frische Luft schnappen!

I am looking for a roommate for the beautiful, bright room with balcony starting January! The room is spacious (20m2) and offers plenty of space for personal design ideas. With large windows, it is flooded with lots of natural light during the day, which creates a pleasant atmosphere (which is especially important in winter, here in Berlin!).
In addition, the room has its own balcony, which is ideal (especially in summer) for cozy hours in the fresh air, or a quick burst of fresh air in the winter! :)
Die WG befindet sich am südlichen Teil des Rings, nicht weit vom Tempelhoferfeld.
Die Wohnung ist keine 3 Minuten von der U7 Station Grenzallee :) Also ist man sehr schnell unterwegs! Auch die U/S-Bahn Neukölln ist mit dem Fahrrad in 2-3 Minuten erreicht und zu Fuß in 10 Minuten.

The flat is located on the southern part of the Ring, not far from Tempelhoferfeld.
The apartment is less than 3 minutes from the U7 station Grenzallee :) So you can get around very quickly! The U/S-Bahn Neukölln can also be reached by bicycle in 2-3 minutes and on foot in 10 minutes.
Hi! Ich bin Natalia (deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin) und ich wünsche mir für die WG ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben, mit Respekt und offener Kommunikation. Mir sind Sauberkeit und Ordnung ziemlich wichtig, deswegen wäre es super wenn dir das auch so geht!
Momentan befinde ich mich in der Lernphase für das 2. Staatsexamen, deswegen suche ich für diese Phase eher eine Person die zuhause auch eher Ruhe/Fokus braucht um sich gut konzentrieren/entspannen zu können! Ansonsten bin ich eigentlich auch sehr viel weg bei meinem Freund oder aktiv bei der Arbeit oder draußen in Bewegung. Ich bin total gerne sportlich unterwegs von Yoga, Schwimmen, Klettern und Surfen zu vielem vielem mehr!
Ansonsten ernähre mich vegan; falls es dir auch so geht gibt es dafür natürlich Pluspunkte! 😉 Schön wäre es, wenn du in der WG zumindest vegetarisch kochst! Apropos Kochen, das mache ich sehr gerne, auch zusammen oder für andere. Bisher habe ich meist die Lebensmittel einfach geteilt, wenn man ähnliche Essgewohnheiten hat, fände ich das wieder super. (Aber das kann man ja alles persönlich nochmal festlegen! Das wir alle andere Budgets und Präferenzen haben ist mir bewusst, deswegen bin ich da auch sehr offen!) Alles in allem möchte ich mich zu Hause einfach wohlfühlen, daher keine reine Zweck-WG, aber natürlich auch mal die Tür hinter mir zumachen. Erzähl mir doch was du in Berlin machst und etwas über deine Interessen, dann sehen wir ob es matcht!

Hi, I'm Natalia (your future flatmate) and I'd like to live together in a friendly atmosphere with respect and open communication. Cleanliness and order are very important to me, so it would be great if you feel the same way!
At the moment I am in the learning phase for the medical boardexams, so for this phase I am looking for someone who needs peace and quiet/focus at home to be able to concentrate/relax well. Apart from that, I spend a lot of time away with my boyfriend or being active at work or outdoors. I really enjoy sports, from doing yoga, to swimming, to climbing and to surfing and much, much more!
Apart from that I am mostly vegan 🌱(I eat plant based), so if you are too, you get extra points for that! 😉 Speaking of cooking, I love doing it, even together or for others. So far, I've usually just shared the food, but if we have similar eating habits, I think that would be great to do again! (But you can always decide that in person! I'm aware that we all have different budgets and preferences, which is why I'm very open-minded). All in all, I just want to feel comfortable at home, so I don't want a purely functional flat share, but of course I also want to close the door behind me sometimes. Tell me what you're doing in Berlin and something about your interests, then we'll see if it's a good match!

Wenn du gerade nach Berlin gezogen bist, ein paar Kontakte knüpfen und die Stadt in einem entspannten Umfeld kennenlernen möchtest, dann könntest du es nicht besser erwischen! :)
