We are Charly (28) and Basti (28) and are looking for someone (or two people) who would like to move in with us for about 3 months. The apartment is completely new (February 2024) and very nice. Spacious rooms, floor heating, rainshower, open new kitchen, completely darkening automatic window shutters and it's a rear building (i.e. it's quiet), etc...
Both when you move in and move out are a little flexible but we prefer people moving in sooner, like the 15th of February. We are currently furnishing the apartment but you can also bring your own furniture if you prefer/ need to.
We are very sociable and what we value most in applicants is straight and honest communication. We like to cook, do sports, watch movies, play board games and explore the city. Charly is Psychotherapist and Yoga teacher and Basti is Machine Learning Engineer

Wir sind Charly (28) und Basti (28) und suchen jemanden (oder zwei Personen), die gerne für etwa 3 Monate bei uns einziehen möchten. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu (Februar 2024) und sehr schön. Geräumige Zimmer, Fußbodenheizung, Regendusche, offene neue Küche, automatische Fensterläden zum vollständigen Abdunkeln und es ist ein Hinterhaus (d.h. sehr ruhig), usw...
Bezüglich des Ein- und Auszugsdatums sind wir ein wenig flexibel, aber wir bevorzugen Leute, die früher einziehen möchten, wie zum Beispiel am 15. Februar. Wir richten die Wohnung gerade ein, aber ihr könnt auch eure eigenen Möbel mitbringen.
Wir sind offen und gespannt darauf, Menschen aller Art kennenzulernen, und was uns am wichtigsten ist, ist eine direkte und ehrliche Kommunikation. Wir kochen gerne, machen Sport, schauen Filme, spielen Brettspiele und erkunden die Stadt. Charly is Psychotherapeutin und Yoga Lehrerin und Basti is Machine Learning Engineer.
