Spacious,lightfull room availabe in Neuköllen/ Schillerkiez. The Flat is located at the thrid floor without an elevator. Fully furnished room with a big comfortable bed and a 200x 200 blanket. A big table/ working space to be able to work or study from home. Big closet for all ur cloths and a small chillout, sofa aerea,. And some plants to make everything more cosy.
Excellent connection to the plublic transport.The U8 is infront of the door. Also there are couple of buses u can use. Ringbahn station Hermannstr. is close by approximatley 10 min footwalk.
There many options to do ur groceries. From Aldi, Lidl to Bolu and more. Also there are some streetmarkets around.
Incase u are up for some activities you could have a nice walk at the Tempelhofer Feld or enjoy some green at Körnerpark.
Plenty of bars around and a big variety of restaurant and bistro's.
Ur flatmate would be Itamar, 30 years old and a cook in an austrian restaurant. He is most of the time working and if he is at home he is spending time in his room. You would share the bathroom and kitchen with him.
We do have a big refrigerator and a washing maschine. would be nice if u keep the common areas clean.
I would ask for a deposit as i did have some unpleasant experiences before. The rent would be 620€ a month.
